Through an internal study, two Florida companies identified that Costa Rica is the country where most Americans are settling lately and, therefore, decided to develop a real estate project of 1,800 luxury homes in the Osa Peninsula, in the southern area, Puntarenas.

“Americans have been attracted to its peaceful nature, cultural diversity, tropical climate, amazing biodiversity, hundreds of pristine beaches, benefits to Americans and laid-back lifestyle. What was once a vacation or retirement destination is now a place Americans of all ages call home,” the developers said.
