MBC Legal was founded in 2011, by Vanessa Leandro and Carolina Gutierrez, as a boutique firm, in response to the needs of clients and companies that required specialized and reliable services in the area of immigration law, providing reliable advice to those seeking to legalize their immigration status in Costa Rica.
This was possible thanks to the experience accumulated by both professionals during more than 26 years of practice.
Although the emphasis of MBC Legal is the area of immigration law, we have extensive experience in various areas of legal practice, such as corporate, labor, commercial and civil law, real estate law, family law, intellectual property and health records, as well as notarial and registry law, thanks to the experience accumulated by both professionals during more than 26 years of practice.
